Trinity Corinthians have opened up a little bit of daylight at the top of the Premier division with their 3 - 0 defeat of Strand Utd. Two goals from Strand "old boy" Kenny Hills with a third from Stuart Woods sees Trinity with a four point gap at the top as their nearest rivals Brayzil were held to an away draw at Leixlip Town.

Division 1 is developing into a two horse race between Amber Celtic and Terenure FC. Although Terenure only led 1 - 0 at the break they added three more in the second half against Sandyford Rovers to run out 4
